Rifle, antique half-stock .40 caliber percussion.
The thirty five inch barrel is rifled for forty caliber with visible rifling. This old antique has received, over the years, many function modification. The Goucher lock replaces the original flint ignition system, the forend of the stock appears to have been shortened, early light repairs evident on the stock. The makers name bears traces but is unreadable.

Shotgun, 10 ga. J. N. Scott Dbl. Exposed Hammer.
The Damascus tubes are proofed with what appears to be English proofs; not Belgium. The stock and forearm are checkered; the wrist checkering is badly worn. The ebony forearm tip is missing. The action is tight, the hammers are mismatched and are loose, and the bore is typical for the age of the firearm with a matte appearance.This gun has Damascus barrels and therefore would only be safe to shoot low pressure Black Powder loads. We are selling this as a non-shooter AS-IS.
